Still in the first month of BWDirectors.com going live, and here’s ANOTHER big addition to the system… Meeting Minute Reviews.
This new system will apply to all meetings (AGMs, EGMs, Directors Meetings, Leaseholder/Resident Meetings etc) going forward, and will tap directly into the great strides we’ve made behind the scenes in speeding up our post-meeting delivery processes.
The moment the minutes of a meeting have been reviewed internally and are approved to go out to Directors, they’ll appear here straight away under your Minutes link at the top.
Comments stay open for 14 days after publishing, so more than enough time to suggest corrections, adjustments etc. You’ll be able to see your fellow Directors’ comments too, so it should end up feeling very collaborative.
We’ll then collate the responses from yourself and your fellow Directors, and redraft as necessary. As usual, official sign-off of meeting minutes waits until the next meeting.
By bringing this functionality on to the portal, it’ll help keep the relevant conversations focused and in the right place, and stop clogging up your busy personal inboxes with exchanges on punctuation or who-said-what.
It should also provide a much faster reference for action points, so attendees can jump in faster with getting items moved forward and crossed off.
